Your first week, day by day.
Managed onboarding is included in every paid plan. Here is exactly what it consists of, what we need from you, and when the first queue lands.
- 1Day 1
Discovery call
Forty-five minutes. What you sell, who buys it, which deals you've won and why, and which markets are worth the effort. We ask about the customers you don't want as much as the ones you do — exclusions make the scoring sharper than inclusions.
- 2Day 2
Your ideal customer profile, written down
We send back your ICP as an explicit document: industry, size band, geography, the signals that mean a company is a good fit and the ones that disqualify it. You correct it. Nothing runs until you've agreed it — this document is what the scoring is built from, and it's yours to keep.
- 3Day 3
Sources configured
We set up the discovery sources for your market — which directories, registries, portals and mapping data actually contain your buyers. This is the part that differs most between clients, and it's the part you'd otherwise be doing by hand forever.
- 4Day 4
Message templates tuned
We draft the first-message templates for each channel you'll use, in your voice, and you edit them. If you have messages that have worked before, send them — starting from something proven beats starting from a blank page.
- 5Day 5
A calibration run
We run the full funnel for real and review the output together: are these the right companies, the right people, the right message? Almost every client changes something here. That's the point of doing it before the daily flow starts.
- 6Week 2
Daily queue begins
Your queue lands each working morning. We watch the first fortnight closely and retune as real leads test the assumptions in your ICP — that adjustment is expected, not a sign something went wrong.
What we need from you
- Forty-five minutes for the discovery call, and about thirty minutes across the rest of the week to review what we send back.
- Any messaging that has worked for you before — old emails, a pitch deck, a page you've written.
- A decision on which channels you'll send on, and who on your team will be sending.
- For cold email: agreement to use a separate sending domain we register and warm for you. It takes two to three weeks to warm properly, so it starts on day one and runs alongside everything else.
What we commit to once you're running.
A managed service is only worth the name if the commitments are stated. These are ours.
Delivery
A prepared queue every working day, at your plan's daily target. Weekends and public holidays in your market are excluded by default, and you can change that.
If we miss a day
We tell you before you notice, with the reason. Missed volume is made up across the following days rather than written off. A run that fails for our reasons is not billed as delivered.
Support response
Within one working day, by email, phone or WhatsApp, to a named person who knows your account — not a ticket queue. Anything affecting a live run gets same-day attention.
Account review
A scheduled call each month to look at what's converting, what isn't, and what should change in your ICP or templates. More often in the first month, and whenever you ask.
What you receive, and when.
Every morning
Your queue, with each lead's fit score, the reason it matched, and the source it came from.
Every week
A short summary: leads delivered, sent, replied to, and what changed in the tuning.
Every month
Performance across the period, alongside the account review call — where the good replies came from and what we propose changing.
Any time
Export everything to CSV. Your data, whenever you want it, without asking us first.
