The questions buyers actually ask.
Including the ones where the honest answer is no. If yours isn't here, ask — we'll add it.
Quality and results
What if the leads are bad?
Tell us and we retune — that's what the managed part means. In the first two weeks we expect to adjust: your ideal customer profile is a hypothesis until real leads test it. If, after that tuning, the output still isn't right for your market, cancel. No notice period, no exit fee. We would rather lose a client early than take a monthly fee for a queue nobody opens.
How long until I see results?
Your first queue lands within a week of the discovery call. Replies depend on your market and your message, not on us, so we won't quote a reply rate — anyone who does is guessing. What we will commit to is the input: a set number of prepared, verified, personalised leads every working day. Most clients can judge whether the leads are right within the first fortnight, and whether the outreach is working within six to eight weeks.
Do you guarantee meetings or pipeline?
No. We deliver prepared leads; the conversation is yours to have. Any vendor guaranteeing meetings is either counting something loose as a meeting or buying them in a way that won't survive contact with your sales team. What we control is the quality of what reaches your queue, and that's what we hold ourselves to.
What if my market is very niche?
Niche is usually easier, not harder — a tight definition makes scoring more accurate and fewer weak matches get through. The real question is volume: if there are only 300 companies in the world that fit, we will find them and then run out, and we'll tell you that on the call rather than after you've paid. In small markets, clients often run a lower daily target over a longer period.
What if you can't find enough companies one day?
You get a shorter queue. We don't pad the count with weak-fit companies to hit a number, because a padded queue trains you to stop reading it. Volumes are a daily target, not a contractual minimum, and the run report shows you what was found and what was dropped.
Will you contact the same person twice?
Not by accident. Every run checks what has already gone out for your account. You can deliberately ask for a different contact at a company, or ask to revisit one later — that's a control you hold, per company. And anyone who has opted out is never contacted again, by anyone, ever.
Setup and running it
Do I need my own sending domain?
Only for cold email, and only on plans that include it — we register and warm a domain dedicated to you. It is deliberately never a subdomain of your main website's domain, so nothing about cold outreach can affect the deliverability of your invoices, receipts and product email. For WhatsApp and LinkedIn there is no domain involved: you send from your own account.
How much time does this take me each day?
Reading a queue of ten leads and sending the ones you want takes about ten minutes. That is the whole daily commitment. Everything before it — finding the company, finding the person, verifying the address, writing the message — has already happened.
Do I have to use the message you wrote?
No. Every draft is editable, and plenty of clients tweak the first line before sending. If you find yourself rewriting every message the same way, tell us — that's a signal the templates need tuning, and tuning them is our job.
Can I pause?
Yes. Holidays, a busy quarter, a full pipeline — tell us and we stop the runs. We don't bill for a paused month, and we don't charge to restart.
Who do I actually talk to?
One named person at loopwyn owns your account and is reachable by email, phone or WhatsApp. Not a ticket queue and not a rotating pool. We reply within one working day, usually faster.
Can I get the leads into my CRM?
CSV export today. Direct integrations with HubSpot, Zoho and Salesforce are on the roadmap and not built yet — we'd rather say that than imply otherwise. If a CRM integration is a requirement for you, tell us on the call; it affects where it sits in the queue.
Data, legality and contracts
Who owns the data you produce for me?
You do. The leads prepared for your account are yours to keep, export and use, during the engagement and after it. We don't resell them, we don't reuse them for another client, and we don't treat them as ours to license back to you.
Is this legal?
We work only from information businesses publish about themselves, we identify the sender on every message, we honour opt-outs permanently, and we operate to the stricter reading where a market's rules are unsettled. The full answer — sources, boundaries and how we operate in each market — is on the data sources page. You remain the party deciding who to contact, and the DPA sets that split out formally.
Where do the leads come from?
Public business directories and registries, company websites, open mapping data, professional profiles as published, and our own verification on top. Never purchased lists, never anything behind a login. Every lead records its source so you can check it.
What happens to my data if I leave?
We delete or return the contact data we processed for you, on request, and delete it as a matter of course within the period set out in your DPA. Two exceptions, both deliberate: opt-out records are kept permanently, because a suppression list is the only way to guarantee someone who asked not to be contacted never is again; and records we must retain for tax and accounting are kept for the statutory period.
Do you need a contract with me before you start?
Paid plans run on our terms of service. External clients also sign a Data Processing Addendum before any of their data is processed — that isn't optional, and it's the document your counsel will want to read.
Are you certified — ISO 27001, SOC 2?
No, and we won't imply otherwise. We're a small engineering company and those audits aren't something we can honestly claim today. What we can do is complete your security questionnaire in full, walk your team through how tenant isolation is enforced, and put our controls into the contract. If certification is a hard procurement requirement, tell us early and we'll say plainly whether we can meet it.
How is my data kept separate from other clients'?
Every row of company, contact and message data carries the account it belongs to, and the database itself filters on it — a query that forgets the account scope returns nothing rather than someone else's data. Our own accounts run under the same rule, with no privileged path. The security page has the detail.
